Operating principle:The product is fed through the vibrating plate, the abnormal material is identified by the laser displacement sensor, and the product is magnetized through the pre-magnetization device.
The principle of abnormal product detection：The product passes through the limited flow channel on both sides, and the front end is equipped with a set of opposite-shooting optical fibers to detect the starting surface of the product, and output the signal to the PLC system. The PLC reads the current data of the laser displacement sensor at the same time (the output signal depends on the setting range of the displacement sensor ), the system stops the vibrating plate after judging the abnormal size.
